How the Coaching Works:
The coaching program is available as a 3-month Life-Changing journey or the 12-month Limitless Program for advanced mastery.
Session 1 (75 Mins): Full Breathing Assessment and Deep Dive
We begin by setting the foundation for your breathing transformation journey. A complete breathing assessment with immediate recommendations to change your breathing from day 1. We will cover the basics of health breathing, and you will be given guided breathing and relaxation exercises to begin immediately.
Sessions 2-5 (60 Mins): Consistent Weekly Progress
Over the next four weeks, we meet weekly to build on your progress with new breathing techniques, practical lifestyle adjustments, and guided exercises. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you build confidence and see consistent results. After each session, you’ll receive a clear weekly plan and a bespoke MP3 to support your daily practice.
Practical Integration Period (6-10 Weeks)
After the fifth session, there is a 6-10 week integration period where you apply the techniques in your daily life. This time is crucial to solidify your progress, with email support available if you have any questions or need guidance.
Session 6 (75 Mins): Final Assessment
In our final session, we’ll review your progress, address any challenges, and refine your breathing plan to ensure continued success. You’ll leave with the tools and confidence to maintain and build on the changes you’ve made.

How to Breathe 101 – We will cover the foundational elements of Buteyko Breathing: nasal breathing 24/7, mouth taping, small breath holds and breathing light.
Intermediate & Advanced level Breathing Exercises - During our time together, you will learn a wide range of breathing techniques, each week building on the last. All the practices are founded in the principles of Buteyko Breathing, providing immediate and long-term benefits.
Between Fight or Flight and Rest & Digest - Gain expertise in managing your nervous system to achieve either tranquillity and balance or heightened energy and focus as needed.
Access Mental Clarity - Learn the theory and techniques to improve oxygen delivery and blood flow to your brain, initially on-demand, and eventually 24/7.
Building Stress Resilience - Learn breathing techniques to effectively lower stress and anxiety levels. Over time, your breathing will change so that you feel calmer and more relaxed all of the time.
